FAQ’s

1. What are the prices for each service?

We offer services through the Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Services CCS program and Wisconsin Department of Health Adult Long-Term Care programs, which may provide services at low or no out-of-pocket cost for eligible individuals. We also offer private-pay services to the general community, with costs varying by service and provider qualifications; contact us for details.

2. Are there Internships or Partnerships available?

We value ongoing learning and professional growth at Holistik Connections and have hosted interns from Arizona State University. We also currently have a partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Social Work program. Please contact us with more information.

3. What’s the best way to contact us?

If you are not already receiving services, the best way to contact us is through our website. Since all services are by appointment only, we recommend reaching out first so a team member can discuss your needs, answer questions, and, if appropriate, schedule an in-person meeting at one of our locations.

4. How long is our waitlist for equine/young adult

We offer specialized, non-traditional wellness services, and wait times may vary depending on the service and provider availability. While some programs, such as our Youth Equine Assisted Learning program, may have a waitlist, we strive to connect individuals with services as quickly as possible while maintaining high-quality care; please contact us with any questions about current wait times or availability.
